The UCLA Center for the Study of Women (CSW) partners regularly with other UCLA entities to foster innovative scholarship and intellectual community.  CSW co-sponsors events on a selective basis.  The campus-based event must be hosted or initiated by another UCLA unit and have a clear relevance to CSW’s mission of reaching across disciplines to foster a community of scholars studying women, sexuality, and gender.

Given the current budget climate, CSW has limited resources available. To request consideration for co-sponsorship by CSW, please complete the co-sponsorship request form below including whether you seek co-sponsorship in the form of publicity or funding support. You must fill out all requested information for your event to be considered for co-sponsorship. Incomplete forms that are submitted will be returned for more information. In most circumstances, CSW will respond to your request within two weeks of receipt of the completed form.

All requests for co-sponsorship need to be submitted by email or fax using one of the two versions:

• Microsoft Word form
• PDF form

Be sure to restart your computer after you install the software.

Instructions for using PDF form

1. Click on this link: DOWNLOAD PDF FORM
2. The form will open in a browser window.
3. Fill in all requested information about your event.
4. Click on the EMAIL button. A window will be displayed allowing you to choose Desktop email (pick this if you use Outlook or Entourage or Apple Mail) or Internet email (if you use Yahoo or other Internet browser-based email) or Other (if neither of those options apply).
5. The recipient email (csw@csw.ucla.edu) will be automatically added to a new message and the form will be attached. Send the email as you normally do.
6. If you can’t email it, click PRINT FORM/FAX to print and then fax it to 310 825 0456.

Instructions for using Microsoft Word document

2. Depending on your browser settings, the document will be downloaded or will open in Word.
3. If the file downloaded, you'll need to double-click on the filename to open the file.
4. Fill in all requested information about your event.
5. Save it and send it as an email attachment to csw@csw.ucla.edu
